What if my order isn’t completely frozen?
If it’s cold to the touch, you’re good — place it straight in your refrigerator or freezer.
If it’s not cold, contact us immediately at orders@panzafarms.com for a replacement or credit.

What if my order arrived without dry ice?
That’s normal — dry ice evaporates in transit. As long as your meat is still cold, it’s perfectly fine.
Can I use a PO Box or business address for my delivery?
We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
Business addresses: Not recommended. FedEx won’t leave your order if no one’s there to receive it, which can delay delivery and affect freshness.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Use it to track your delivery on FedEx.com.

What happens if my order is lost?
If your order is lost, we will issue a new order to be sent out and send you a $50 gift card to be used for your next order.
