Shipping & Returns
We ship all perishable meat products from Texas in full compliance with FDA Sanitary Transportation Rules, USDA/FSIS guidelines, and Texas Department of State Health Services requirements.
Shipping Schedule (Central Standard Time):
Orders placed Monday by 11:59 PM ship Tuesday, deliver by Friday.
Orders placed Tuesday by 11:59 PM ship Wednesday, deliver by Friday.
Orders placed Wednesday–Sunday ship the following Monday, deliver by Friday.
All shipments are sent via FedEx perishable priority services, packed with insulated boxes and dry ice to preserve freshness.
Packages are clearly labeled “Perishable – Keep Frozen.”
Due to food safety and federal regulations, returns are not accepted.
If your package arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
Verified issues will be resolved through refunds (original payment method) or replacements at no cost to you.
